توفر Taqnia Link وسيلة رقمية لعرض قائمة الطعام وربطها برمز QR يتيح للزبائن الطلب مباشرة.
يتم إنشاء رمز QR خاص بكل منشأة. العميل مسؤول عن سرية الحساب وجميع الأنشطة المرتبطة به.
يمنع استخدام النظام لعرض محتوى غير قانوني أو جمع بيانات غير مصرح بها أو التلاعب بالنظام.
يجب الالتزام بسداد الاشتراك في الوقت المحدد. عدم الدفع قد يؤدي إلى تعليق الحساب.
لا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة توزيع رمز QR الخاص بأي متجر.
نلتزم بحماية بيانات العملاء وعدم مشاركتها مع أطراف خارجية.
لسنا مسؤولين عن النزاعات أو الأخطاء الفنية أو محتوى القوائم.
نحتفظ بحق تعديل الشروط مع إشعار العميل.
يحق لنا إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة. يمكن للعميل الإلغاء في أي وقت.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
By using Taqnia Link, you agree to the following terms:
Taqnia Link provides a digital food menu connected to a unique QR code that enables customers to order directly.
Each business receives a QR code. You are responsible for account security and any related activity.
Do not use the system for illegal content, unauthorized data collection, or misuse of the platform.
Timely payment is required. Failure to pay may lead to suspension.
The QR code may not be copied or redistributed unlawfully.
We commit to protecting customer data and will not share it with third parties.
We are not liable for customer disputes, technical issues, or content errors.
We may update these terms with notice to the client.
We may suspend violating accounts. Clients may cancel anytime.
These terms are governed by UAE law.
